Infomatix IT services for NDIS participants can be funded under: Capacity Building — Improved Daily Living or Life Skills (supports that build digital skills and independence), and Assistive Technology — Capital Supports (for assistive technology hardware setup and configuration). TAC participants can claim under Specialised Equipment / Medical Aids (Assistive Technology). Please confirm with your plan manager which category applies.
Yes. Infomatix works with self-managed, plan-managed, and agency-managed NDIS participants. For plan-managed participants, we invoice your plan manager directly. For self-managed participants, we provide a tax invoice you can submit through the NDIS myplace portal.
Infomatix configures assistive technology including: screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver), magnification software, switch access, voice control (Dragon NaturallySpeaking, iOS/macOS Voice Control), AAC communication apps, and other disability-specific software. We also enable built-in accessibility features on iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS, and set up devices for maximum usability.
Yes. Infomatix provides remote IT support for NDIS participants anywhere in Australia via secure remote access. On-site support is available across Melbourne’s north-east and south-east suburbs. Remote sessions are conducted via a secure, easy-to-install connection tool — we guide you through the process step by step.
Infomatix charges $195 per hour for on-site NDIS and TAC support in Melbourne, and $180 per hour for remote support Australia-wide. These are prepaid hourly rates. GST of 10% is added where applicable. We provide invoices in a format suitable for NDIS plan management submission.
