Yes. Infomatix IT Solutions supports NDIS participants, self-managed participants, and plan managers, as well as TAC claimants, with assistive technology setup and IT support. Services can be funded under NDIS Capacity Building (Improved Daily Living or Life Skills) and Assistive Technology (Capital Supports), and TAC Specialised Equipment / Medical Aids (Assistive Technology).
Infomatix uses transparent, flat-rate hourly pricing. Home IT support: $160/hr on-site, $130/hr remote (+ GST where applicable). NDIS and TAC support: $195/hr on-site, $180/hr remote (+ GST). Business IT services are quoted based on project scope and requirements. A free initial consultation is available for all new clients.
